These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TenantRenew marketing website operated by PropSWOT LLC (“PropSWOT,” “we,” “us”). TenantRenew is a product of PropSWOT LLC. By using https://tenantrenew.com, you agree to these Terms.

Marketing site only

This website is a public marketing property. It describes TenantRenew and lets you request a demo. It is not the production product, does not connect to a property management system, and does not create a customer account.

Demo inquiries

Submitting the contact form opens an email to hello@propswot.com. Sending that email is an inquiry, not a purchase. Any paid TenantRenew subscription, order form, or product agreement is a separate contract.

Examples

Stories on this site — including the Unit 204 refrigerator example — are teaching illustrations. They are not a promise of savings, and they are not a claim that TenantRenew is connected to AppFolio, Buildium, or any other system today.

Intellectual property

The TenantRenew name, logo, copy, and design on this site are owned by PropSWOT LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them without permission, except for reasonable quoting in editorial coverage.

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropSWOT LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PropSWOT LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
